JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist & Media Buyer with 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, who has worked with well-known brands and can manage campaigns end-to-end—from creative strategy to scaling media spend profitably.
What you’ll do


Own and scale paid social campaigns (primarily Meta, optionally TikTok/Google), with a strong focus on creative-led performance


Develop a clear creative strategy
Turn performance data into actionable insights: iterate winning concepts, kill losers fast, and build repeatable frameworks
Manage budgets, bidding, structures, reporting, and weekly performance routines
Collaborate with creators/designers/editors to ship high-performing ad creatives consistently


Your workflow as a Creative Strategist (what we expect)


Research (audience, competitors, UGC patterns, creator insights)


Create a testing plan (concepts ? hooks ? scripts ? variations)


Brief production (clear creative briefs + examples + KPI goals)


Launch & analyze (testing structure, learnings, next iterations)


Scale winners (new iterations, new angles, new audiences)


Requirements


- 3+ years in performance marketing with creative strategy + media buying


- Proven track record with recognizable brands and/or scaled e-commerce stores


- Strong analytical skills, understanding of creative performance metrics (CTR, hold rate, CPA, MER, ROAS)


- Clear communication, structured thinking, and ownership mindset
