BACKGROUND:
More Leverage Solutions is hiring an amazing detail-oriented SEO / AEO Specialist to support client fulfillment with a strong emphasis on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI-driven visibility.

An SEO background is a strong foundation. However, our primary focus is helping clients become the chosen brand by leveraging what is happening right now with AEO, AI discovery, citations, and credibility signals.

Search is changing. This role is for someone who wants to work where the puck is going, not where it has been.

Our founder leads strategy, positioning, and thought leadership. Your role is to execute with discipline, precision, and care the AEO portion of our deliverables to the client.

>> ROLE STRUCTURE & SCHEDULE:
This role starts part-time at 20 hours per week.
This role is intentionally scoped for focus and quality, not volume. As impact increases, hours and responsibility expand accordingly.
You will work from home during your own daytime hours
We do not require you to work U.S. time zones
Occasional U.S. time overlap may be requested, but this is rare and planned

TRAINING / CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT (required):
This role includes:

> Weekly ongoing training focused on AEO, AI visibility, and where search is heading

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- having an SEO foundation
- Technical SEO audits and implementation (we use AI for this that you'd have access to)
- Site structure, internal linking, crawlability, and performance
- Keyword research and clustering
- On-page optimization including metadata, headers, and internal logic
- Monitoring Google Search Console and analytics
- AEO & AI Visibility Execution
- Implementing AEO strategies for AI-driven discovery and citations
- Structuring content for answer-first readability
- Implementing and maintaining schema: FAQ, HowTo, Article Organization, Person, LocalBusiness (where appropriate)
- Training covers the details and direction for all schema work.
- Content Optimization Support
- Optimize blog posts, articles, and landing pages for SEO and AEO
- Improve existing content for clarity, structure, and AI readability
- Support FAQ creation and structured Q&A
- Ensure attribution, bylines, and credibility signals are accurate
- Reporting & Insights
- Provide clear summaries of what is working and what is not
- Surface issues and opportunities proactively
- Communicate insights clearly and simply

30-Day Trial Period
- This role includes a 30-day trial period. You'll be asked to review the training and create a plan for our own website which we just moved over to Wordpress.
- You will be asked to produce a clear AEO implementation plan for our WordPress site, including priorities, schema recommendations, and execution steps. You will also have access to our tools.

At the end of 30 days, we will review:
- Execution quality
- Attention to detail
- Learning progress
- Overall fit, do we vibe... this is important

At that point, we will mutually d ---------- whether to continue long-term or part ways respectfully.

REQUIREMENTS / HARD SKILLS:
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong understanding of technical SEO
- Experience with schema or willingness to learn quickly
- Familiarity with AI-driven search or curiosity to master it
- Comfort working with SEO tools and analytics, AI tools*
