Sigrid.AI is looking to hire ambitious, experienced and tech-savvy executive assistants who are interested in joining a technology start-up based in Europe and Asia.

This is a part home/part office based Virtual Executive Assistant position currently open to candidates based in Metro Manila.

Your role as a Virtual Executive Assistant:

Like a Key Account Manager, your job is to get to know, understand and anticipate your clients' every need, based on a thorough and continuous assessment of their business and personal lives. Sigrid.AI is currently building a ‘state of the art' technology platform designed to optimise the VEAs work processes. This will allow the VEA to be backed up by a support team of VEAs and specialists. All with the purpose of delivering a premium 360-degree service experience, even during international travel, in areas such as:

- Travel Management (Flights, Hotel Accommodation, Transportation). Book and manage both business and private travel, accommodation and ground transportation, including obtaining price quotes, booking flights & buying tickets, handling check-in, booking hotels and restaurants, booking private car services and arranging for public transportation, etc.

- Calendar & Meeting Management (booking meetings & calls for clients). Organise and manage clients' calendars, including proactively planning, managing and handling all correspondence in relation to meetings, calls and events.

- Expense Management/Expense Tracking. Consolidate, prepare and submit expense reports for clients' reimbursements and liquidations.

- Other Service Areas. Virtual Executive Assistants will be involved in a broad variety of tasks and projects, including research, preparation of presentations, data entry, maintenance and monitoring of memberships, online accounts, bills payables and renewals, organising and keeping soft copies of documents and files for clients, etc.

Work Hours:
Each VEA will handle several clients in one of the following three shifts: 8.30am - 5.30pm, 2.30pm - 11.30pm or 8.30pm - 5.30am depending on the location of the clients.

Desired Skills and Experience
As a minimum, we expect candidates to meet the following requirements:

- Experience working as an Executive/Personal Assistant or a Virtual Assistant (candidates with professional experience in professions such as Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Processes & Service Delivery will also be considered)
- A high level of spoken and written business English: ability to use the language fluently and accurately on all levels and as normally pertinent to professional needs, can understand and participate in any conversations within the range of own personal and professional experience with a high degree of fluency and precision of vocabulary and makes only quite rare and minor errors of pronunciation and grammar.
- Desire and ability to work in a fast paced technology environment
- A strong sense of customer service
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office and using web-based applications
- Highly systematic, organised and detail oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently, think clearly and solve tasks accurately under pressure
- Ability to grasp/understand information immediately
- Enjoys and is good at anticipating the needs of others
- Ability to multi-task and get things done in an efficient manner
- Pro-active and resourceful self-starter
- a quiet workspace away from people in the employee's home, where they will not be disturbed
- a lab top and a cell phone
