Excellent Sales Manager Needed

We’re looking for a Sales Manager VA to support our sales operations, tracking performance, maintaining clean pipelines, and improving overall sales efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who understands sales processes, KPIs, and CRM systems—especially Go High Level (GHL).

You’ll work closely with our sales team to ensure accurate tracking, identify issues early, and help improve sales performance over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Compile and maintain Google Sheets tracking our salespeople via the GHL pipeline
- Monitor the GHL pipeline for errors, inconsistencies, or issues
- Review sales scripts and provide feedback on errors, clarity, and areas for improvement
- Manage and update our KPI tracking dashboard (conversion rates, success metrics, etc.)
- Remove duplicate contacts and ensure pipeline data accuracy
- Conduct preliminary research on new leads and prospects
- Support overall sales process optimization and reporting

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of sales principles and sales processes
- Experience working with sales teams or sales operations
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and spot issues or trends
- Clear written communication in English
- Ability to work independently and proactively

Preferred / Recommended Experience
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL)
- Experience with Google Sheets (tracking, formulas, dashboards)
- Experience reviewing or improving sales scripts
