JOB OVERVIEW

Lumen Lemon Holdings is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to help manage and support our growing portfolio of brands. This role is focused on delivering high-quality customer service, assisting users, and helping maintain a professional and responsive brand presence.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Support multiple brands within the Lumen Lemon Holdings portfolio
Assist with issue resolution, account support, and general inquiries
Help maintain a positive and consistent customer experience

Requirements:
Strong written communication skills
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and brand's
Prior customer support experience is a plus
