The Mission:

You will take full ownership of the marketing funnel—from the first click on an ad to the final conversion in the CRM. You will build the assets, launch the campaigns, and construct the backend automations that turn traffic into revenue.

Responsibilities:

Ad Campaign Mastery: Create, build, and launch high-converting campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. You will handle asset creation (copy/creative direction) and technical setup.
CRM & Automation Architecture: Utilise HighLevel (GoHighLevel) to its absolute limit. Build complex workflows, pipelines, and trigger-based automations to ensure leads are managed flawlessly.
Lead Management: Monitor lead quality and flow. Ensure no lead is left behind by implementing tight follow-up sequences.
KPI Obsession: distinct focus on ROAS, CPA, and CTR. You will track performance daily, kill underperforming ads ruthlessly, and scale winners immediately.
Asset Creation: Design high-performing ad creatives and landing pages that convert. This means you know your way around design, editing and AI software to make your ideas turn into reality.

The Tech Stack (Non-Negotiable):

To succeed in this role, you must have deep proficiency in:
HighLevel (GoHighLevel): You must know how to build snapshots, workflows, and funnels.
Meta Ads Manager: Campaign structure, retargeting, and audience building.
Google Ads: Search, Display, and Analytics.
Google Workspace: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc
