Sales Support VA – Call & Text Facebook Leads (HVAC Products)

We are hiring a Sales Support Virtual Assistant to handle inbound Facebook leads for our HVAC air-quality products.

Responsibilities:
• Call new Facebook leads within 5 minutes
• Text and follow up with leads professionally
• Explain our HVAC products clearly (training provided)
• Send catalog and price list
• Offer samples after qualification
• Follow up until the lead is ready to order
• Hand off serious buyers to the owner to close

Requirements:
• Strong spoken English (required)
• Experience with phone calls and text follow-ups
• Sales or customer support experience preferred
• Reliable internet and headset

Compensation:
• $5/hour
• Performance bonus:
• $50 for each new active customer whose first order is 10+ units
• $15 for each new active customer whose first order is under 10 units
