We are looking for a Meta Ads operator — someone who can own the entire acquisition system, not just traffic.

If you understand how ads, funnels, automations, and sales all connect — keep reading.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN (END TO END)

You own one outcome:
qualified leads turning into booked appointments.

That includes:

• Managing Facebook & Instagram ad accounts end-to-end
• Scaling and stabilizing CPL across contractor niches
• Working with our in-house Meta creative design team (they build the creatives for you)
• D ---------- what creatives get launched, tested, killed, or scaled
• Building and optimizing landing pages & funnels
• Managing tracking, pixels, CAPI, and attribution
• Setting up and maintaining automations in GoHighLevel
• Ensuring leads are contacted, routed, and followed up correctly
• Monitoring lead ? appointment ? show-up performance
• Diagnosing breakdowns in the system and fixing them
• Participating in tea ---------- etings, reviews, and strategy calls

You don’t just drive traffic.
You own performance.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

This role is for someone who:

• Has real hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Understands funnels, CRMs, and automations
• Has worked inside GoHighLevel (or similar)
• Knows how to troubleshoot conversion issues
• Can think in systems, not silos
• Is analytical, fast-moving, and accountable
• Wants to build long-term with one company

This is not freelance work.
This is full ownership.

COMPENSATION

• Base Pay: $1,500–$2,500/month (based on experience)
• Paid consistently, on time
