Cole Insure is a fast-growing U.S.-based Medicare insurance agency. We are hiring a long-term, full-time Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, marketing tasks, reporting, and administrative workflows.
This role focuses on keeping our systems organized, our brand consistent, and our internal operations running smoothly so our licensed agents can focus on sales.
Daily Responsibilities using AI
• Manage CRM organization (tags, pipelines, notes cleanup)
• Schedule and publish social media posts
• Assist with basic blog posting and brand voice formatting
• Update Google Business Profile posts
• Prepare simple reports (lead volume, agent activity, VA metrics)
• Submit phone numbers to spam databases daily
• Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires (non-compliance items only)
• Score and organize AI interview evaluations for applicants
• General admin support for leadership team
Requirements
• Strong written and spoken English
• Prior VA, admin, or operations support experience
• Comfortable with CRMs, Google Docs, and task management
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Able to follow instructions and systems exactly
• Willing to work U.S. Central Time schedule
• Long-term mindset (not a short-term gig)

Schedule
• 40–48 hours per week
• Monday–Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
• U.S. Central Time (CST)
