We’re a fast-growing UK Barbering brand specialising in high-ticket hair replacement services, alongside coaching and mentorship for barbers looking to scale their income and skillset.
We are looking for a skilled and proactive DM Setter to join our team
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our Instagram followers,
turning interactions into booked appointments.
This role is not suitable for beginners.
If you have never done outreach or appointment setting via Instagram DMs, do not apply.
Training is minimal — you are expected to perform from day one.
Key responsibilities include:
Initiating and maintaining meaningful conversations with followers in DMs.
Identifying leads and directing them to book appointments.
Following scripts and adapting communication to fit the brand's voice.
Providing excellent customer service to build trust and rapport.
Ideal candidates should:
Responsibilities
• Daily outbound DM outreach to targeted prospects
• Managing inbound DMs from Instagram (replies, story reactions, comments)
• Engaging prospects using proven conversation frameworks
• Qualifying leads and identifying buying intent
• Booking hair appointments or coaching calls directly into our calendar
• Following up with warm leads who haven’t booked yet
• Keeping conversations organised and tracked
• Hitting weekly and monthly booking targets
Requirements
• Must be willing to shift work, must be available UK Time 8am - 5pm / 5pm - 1am -> PH time 4pm - 1am / 1am - 9am
• Proven experience as a DM Appointment Setter (Instagram specifically)
• Comfortable selling high-ticket services and coaching
• Strong written communication and conversational sales skills
• Understands objection handling and lead qualification
• Self-motivated and consistent with daily outreach
• Reliable internet and availability for daily DM work
• Bonus: Experience in barbering, beauty, fitness, or coaching niches
