JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a results-driven cold caller, not a script reader.
If you are confident speaking with U.S. business owners, take initiative, and are paid based on results—not excuses—this role is for you.

About the Role

You will make outbound cold calls to U.S.-based local service businesses (window cleaning, junk removal, pressure washing, etc.). Your job is to start real conversations, qualify decision-makers, and book appointments on our calendar. You will be selling websites and automated systems. You will be working during U.S hours. You will be paid $3/h+ commission bonuses for booking calls.

This role requires initiative, confidence, and discipline. We care about outcomes, not micromanagement.

Daily & Weekly KPIs (Non-Negotiable)

Full-Time (8 hours/day):

300–450 outbound calls per day
30–60 live conversations per day
2–4 booked appointments per day
10–20 booked appointments per week

Minimum standard after ramp-up:

1+ booked appointment per day (averaged weekly)

Calls do not matter without appointments.
Appointments are the job.

Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound cold calls to U.S. businesses
Confidently handle objections and control conversations
Qualify prospects and book appointments accurately
Follow up with warm leads when required
Track calls, conversations, and booked appointments
Proactively suggest improvements to scripts and call openings

Requirements
Proven cold calling or outbound sales experience
Strong English speaking skills (clear, neutral accent)
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable leading conversations
Self-motivated and results-driven (no micromanagement)
Comfortable working U.S. business hours
Reliable internet, quality headset, and quiet workspace

Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience calling U.S. small businesses
CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
Appointment-setting or sales background

Pay & Growth
Hourly base + bonus per booked appointment
Bonuses increase for consistent KPI performance
Long-term role for top performers

1-Day Paid Trial (Required Before Hiring)

Trial Length: 1 full day (8 hours)
Paid: Yes (flat rate + bonus per appointment booked)

Trial KPIs:
Minimum 250 outbound calls
At least 25 live conversations
Target: 2+ booked appointments

Appointments during the trial are BOOKED appointments, not show-ups.
Booking 0 appointments = automatic disqualification.

Purpose of Trial:
Test confidence, English clarity, initiative, and ability to book appointments
Not a training day—this is a performance test

Top performers will be hired immediately after the trial.
