Video Editor For Youtube Shorts

I'm seeking a skilled video editor specializing in YouTube Shorts to help grow my channel's presence.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (CAPCUT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE)
- Strong understanding of YouTube Shorts best practices and trends
- Ability to create eye-catching videos
- Experience with quick cuts, transitions, and effects that maintain viewer attention
- Knowledge of music selection and sound effects to enhance engagement
- Understanding of YouTube algorithm and how to optimize for maximum views
- Able to transition into working full time eventually for a long tenure

Responsibilities:
- Add captions, effects, transitions, and music
- Optimize videos for maximum retention and engagement
- Meet tight deadlines and maintain consistent output
- Suggest creative improvements to increase performance

Deliverables:
- Fully edited YouTube Shorts (9:16 aspect ratio)
