Content Operations & Distribution Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Content Operations Specialist to handle the day-to-end publishing and distribution of our content. You will be responsible for taking our specific AI prompts (ChatGPT/Gemini), generating the necessary text and images, and publishing them across multiple WordPress sites, Google Business Profiles (GBP), Medium, and Substack accounts.

The core of this role is reliability. You will be managing a large volume of accounts and must be able to follow detailed technical directions and AI workflows to ensure a consistent brand voice and posting schedule.

Key Responsibilities
AI Execution: Follow provided prompts in ChatGPT and Gemini to generate blog posts, social updates, and marketing copy.

Image Generation: Use AI tools (DALL-E/Gemini) to create relevant images for each post based on our established style guides.

WordPress Management: Upload and format content across multiple WordPress sites. This includes managing Gutenberg blocks, categories, tags, and SEO metadata.

Multi-Account Distribution: Post regular updates to various Google Business Profiles, ensuring each location stays active and optimized.

Platform Syndication: Copy and reformat content for Medium and Substack, ensuring all links and visual elements are working correctly.

Account Monitoring: Maintain an organized tracker of all accounts to ensure no posting deadlines are missed.

Requirements
WordPress Proficiency: You must be very comfortable in the WordPress dashboard and Gutenberg editor.

AI Tool Competency: Familiarity with ChatGPT and Gemini. You don’t need to be a prompt engineer, but you must be able to follow instructions and refine AI outputs to meet our quality standards.

High Reliability: Proven experience managing multiple accounts or high-volume tasks with strict deadlines.

Attention to Detail: Ability to spot formatting errors, AI-generated "hallucinations," or broken links before publishing.

Platform Knowledge: Basic experience with Google Business Profile, Medium, and Substack is preferred.
