- Strong English communication skills (especially in chat)
-A laptop/PC with a reliable internet connection and a backup option
- Fast and stable internet (required for workflow)
- The ability to respond quickly when contacted
- Basic sales or persuasion skills to help convert customers
- Emotional intelligence when dealing with client concerns
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
Job Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will:
- Communicate with customers on behalf of our clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Handle inquiries, assist with concerns, and support customers effectively
- Provide sales pitches or conversion strategies to encourage customers to invest in our client’s services
- Clock in/out when begin and ending your working schedule
- Represent our clients with professionalism and care
Work Schedule (PH Time)
We operate 24/7 with three available shifts:
- Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Shift 3: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Compensation
- Starting Rate: $1.50 per hour
- Commissions: 3% sales commission (with potential to grow your base rate up to $3/hour depending on performance)
- Performance Bonuses: Available when clients are satisfied
- Low Performance: 8% commission rate only for poor results
