Va assistant for multiple brands

I have two companies I would require help for one is a skincare and tanning beauty brand seeking a Social Media & Email Marketing Virtual Assistant another is a high end alcohol brand seeking social media and email marketing as well as UGC outreach. In this role, you will manage our Instagram presence and email marketing to ensure consistent, engaging, and sales-driven content, as well as assist with presentation slides for our courses.

Responsibilities:

Create and schedule 3–5 Instagram posts per week, including dog-whistle style carousels and storytelling content.

Assist in community building through our ---------- channel and facebook groups

Manage daily Instagram stories with a mix of talking clips (you’ll be provided with scripts) and Canva slides, focusing on social selling techniques.

Write and schedule two weekly emails in klaviyo to nurture leads and promote our offerings.

Assist in creating presentation slides and course materials using Canva or similar tools for our educational programs.

Utilize storytelling and dog-whistle techniques to create targeted, high-converting content.

Skills Required:

Proven experience with Instagram content creation, particularly IG stories and carousels.

Proficiency in Canva for both social media content and presentation slides.

Experience with email marketing platforms like Omnisend.

Ability to write in a confident, authority-driven tone and use social selling techniques.

Familiarity with ManyChat or willingness to learn.

We are looking for someone interested in a long-term collaboration. We plan to start with around 5–10 hours a week and potentially increase hours over time as we grow. We hope to find someone who will become a valued part of our team!
