Senior Graphic Designer

Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer (High Volume + High Performance Bonuses) Location: Remote (Work from Home) Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week) – Must have some overlap with US EST for communication.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $600 – $850 USD / Month + big bonuses (Depends on experience & portfolio).
Performance Bonuses: We pay significant per-project bonuses on top of your salary!
Speed Bonus: +$3 per item delivered correctly within 24 hours.
Quality Bonus: +$3 per item if the design is exceptional.
Total Potential: You can easily earn an extra $300 - $600+ per month just by being fast and good.
About Us We are a boutique design agency serving Jewish community centers and non-profits worldwide. Our clients are busy community leaders who need fast, professional, and warm marketing materials for events, holidays, and fundraisers.
Important: We are NOT looking for AI prompters. We are looking for a true artist who understands layout, typography, and branding. If you rely solely on Canva templates or AI generators, please do not apply.
The Role You will act as the "in-house" designer for multiple community organizations. You will receive clear briefs for event flyers, social media graphics, banners, and brochures. Your goal is to deliver beautiful, error-free designs quickly.
Note on Niche: You do not need to know Hebrew or anything about Judaism. We provide the text, specific images, and guidance. We are looking for design skills, not cultural knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Production: Create 3–5 assets daily.
Speed & Efficiency: Turnaround time is usually 24 hours.
Seasonal Campaigns: Design comprehensive packages for holidays (Hanukkah, Passover, etc.) including posters, invitations, and social media sets.
Typography: Skillfully handle layouts that often mix English and Hebrew text (we will train you on the text language technical spacing, you just need a sharp eye).
Brand Adherence: Follow strict guidelines regarding image style (modest, family-friendly, high-quality) and specific color palettes.
Who We Are Looking For
The Speedster: You are comfortable working fast without sacrificing quality.
The Detail-Obsessed: You check your spelling, margins, and alignment before sending a draft.
The Talented Designer: You must be up-to-date with the latest design trends, fonts, styles etc, with a knack for high-quality design.
The Communicator: You must be responsive on WhatsApp and have good enough English to ask questions if a brief is unclear.
Technical Requirements
Software: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is required. Figma is a plus.
Animation (not necessary but a plus): Experience with video/animation software is a huge plus (and makes you eligible for higher per-project bonuses).
Hardware: Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of handling large design files.
