We are a creator management business. We’re hiring an Outbound DM Setter to build a consistent pipeline of applications and booked screening calls through manual outreach on Instagram and X Twitter.

This is not a strategy or content planning role. This is hands-on outbound messaging, follow-ups, and appointment setting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Find and contact potential creators who fit our target profile

Send personalised DMs using our messaging framework

Follow up 2 to 3 times in a structured, respectful way

Move interested prospects to complete an application and book a short call

Track outreach activity and outcomes in a simple Google Sheet daily

EXPECTATIONS

Manual outreach only no bots, scraping, or auto-DMs

Strong written English your messages must sound human and respectful

Consistent follow-up do not send one message and stop

Comfortable working to weekly activity targets and reporting daily numbers

Only message accounts clearly 18 plus

PAY AND HOURS

4 USD per hour

Part-time 20 hours per week

7-day paid trial, then ongoing if performance is strong

Performance incentives and commissions available to the right applicant

TRIAL WEEK
During the 7-day trial we track DMs sent, replies, follow-ups completed, applications, and calls booked. If tracking is poor or message quality is spammy or generic, the trial ends.
