JOB OVERVIEW

LinkedIn + Instagram | Part-time | Long-term

I’m looking for a Content Strategist who takes ownership, not a content writer or VA.

This role exists to help me:
• Show up consistently
• Turn raw, messy thoughts into a clear content strategy
• Execute that strategy week after week
• Be held accountable when ---------- ntum drops

You will own the content system — strategy, structure, cadence, and follow-through. The goal is to raise awareness of my graphic design business!

WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS:

You are:
• A Content Strategist who understands positioning, messaging, and repetition
• A Content Operator who can turn strategy into weekly execution
• An Accountability Partner who enforces deadlines and progress

You are NOT:
• A passive assistant
• A “just tell me what to do” VA
• A social media poster without strategy
• An AI-only writer

If you need constant direction, this will not be a fit.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

1. Content Strategy (Ownership Required)
• Develop and maintain a clear content strategy aligned to my business goals
• Define content pillars, themes, and weekly priorities
• D ---------- what content gets published and why
• Continuously refine strategy based on what’s working

You are expected to think, not wait.

2. Accountability & Execution (Core Responsibility)
• Set weekly content deadlines and enforce them
• Pull ideas out of me through prompts, questions, and structure
• Maintain a shared content tracker
• Ensure content is consistently published

If content doesn’t ship, we treat it as a problem to solve — not something to ignore.

3. Content Development & Editing
• Turn raw thoughts, notes, voice memos, or calls into:
• LinkedIn posts
• Instagram carousels
• Light writing based on my ideas (not generic ghostwriting)
• Edit for clarity, flow, and strategic alignment
• Use AI only for ideation or structure, not final writing

4. Weekly Collaboration
• Weekly call to:
• Review what shipped
• Diagnose what stalled
• Plan the next week
• Proactively suggest:
• New angles
• Experiments
• Improvements to cadence or format
• Have fun!!

PLATFORMS AND FORMATS:
• Platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram
• Formats:
• Carousels (primary)
• Short-form video (eventually — strategy + guidance first)

MY WORKING STYLE (IMPORTANT):
• I think out loud and often messy — you organize and structure
• You pull ideas fro ---------- instead of waiting for drafts
• You are comfortable setting deadlines and following up
• Consistency > perfection (especially early)

TIME, BUDGET, AND GROWTH:
• Hours: 10–15 hrs/week to start
? Can grow to 20+ hrs/week
• Budget: $350–$450 USD/month to start
• Timezone for weekly calls: My late afternoon / your morning preferred (you can work on your own time)

GROWTH POTENTIAL:
• Long-term partnership
• Increased scope and pay as results compound
• Performance-based bonuses tied to outcomes

You’ll Excel in This Role If You:
• Have real experience building content strategies
• Are proactive and decisive
• Can hold an executive accountable without being awkward
• Understand that repetition builds authority
• Care about effectiveness more than aesthetics

You Will Not Be a Fit If You:
• Need step-by-step instructions
• Avoid ownership or decision-making
• Rely heavily on AI to write content
• Disappear when ---------- ntum slows
• Prefer “support” over responsibility

Application Instructions (Required)

Please answer all questions below:
1. Describe a content strategy you’ve owned end-to-end.
2. How did you pull ideas out of a founder or creative who thinks out loud?
3. How would you handle it if content didn’t ship for a week?
4. What tools do you use to manage content strategy and accountability?
5. Share examples of content you’ve helped strategize and execute.

Applications without thoughtful responses will not be reviewed.

Optional but Recommended:
• Include a short Loom explaining how you’d approach the first 30 days in this role.

Final note (important)

This role requires judgment, ownership, and follow-through.
If you’re excited by that, I’d love to hear from you.
