Collision Repair Ads Manager/Lead Generation Specialist

We are a collision body shop located in Houston, TX.

We are hiring a lead generation specialist who has previously run successful campaigns in the auto industry or closely related verticals (collision repair, towing, auto service, dealerships, glass repair, etc.).

Your sole objective is simple and measurable:
consistently deliver a flow of crashed vehicles that require repair through an insurance claim.

This is not a branding role. This is performance-only lead generation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Manager

Build and manage lead forms and funnels

Launch and iterate campaigns quickly

Optimize DAILY based on performance

Scale winning campaigns to increase vehicle volume

BASELINE REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Proven success in auto-related or local service campaigns

Ability to show real results (screenshots, metrics, case studies)

Experience generating high-intent leads, not low-quality inquiries

Comfortable working with local, urgent, service-based leads

Able to launch fast and manage ads end-to-end

You do NOT need to be an insurance expert.
You DO need to reliably bring in vehicles that were in a ---------- and require repair through insurance.
