E-commerce Associate

We're looking for a driven & detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our team full-time! In this role, you would primarily be responsible for creating & editing product pages in Shopify, creating email templates in Klaviyo, and updating / maintaining performance reporting dashboards in Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:
• Create and edit product pages in Shopify
• Design assets to promote new & existing products in our Shopify store
• Update homepage + collections pages in Shopify to promote new launches & best sellers
• Assist with product and inventory updates on marketplaces like Shopify, Amazon, Meta, etc.
• Build email templates & schedule campaigns in Klaviyo
• Manage data pulls and dashboard updates on a set schedule
• Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers to provide a world-class e-commerce experience for our customers

Required Skills:
• Fluent in English language with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven experience in e-commerce, email marketing, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• 2+ years Shopify experience
• 1+ year email marketing experience (Klaviyo preferred)
• Must have a workstation setup and reliable internet connection.

Working Hours: 10:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time
