E-mailing Expert- B2B Cold E-mailing

We're looking for a seasoned B2B cold emailer who knows how to craft messages that get opened, read, and replied to.

If you specialize in smart, highly targeted outreach, have a proven track record of getting into decision-makers’ inboxes, and understand the importance of consistent follow-up, we want to talk.

What You’ll Do:

-Research and write compelling, personalized cold email sequences tailored to B2B audiences.
-Send over 1,000 highly targeted emails per week (with a focus on engagement and quality)
-Manage follow-up sequences to boost response rates without being spammy
-Use deliverability tools and techniques to ensure high inbox placement
-Track opens, replies, and conversions to refine messaging

Work with our team to align messaging with our brand and goals

You Must Have:
-Proven experience writing and managing successful B2B cold email campaigns
-Tools/subscriptions (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Mailreach, Warmup Inbox, etc.) to ensure high deliverability
-A deep understanding of cold email best practices, compliance, and inbox health
-Strong attention to detail and ability to personalize at scale
-A proactive attitude with consistent follow-up discipline

What We're Not Looking For:

-Mass senders who prioritize volume over engagement
-Spammy tactics or generic templates
-Inconsistency with follow-ups
