JOB OVERVIEW

Recruiter-Experienced working on US Based Projects conducting a High Volume of Phone Screenings Daily-We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team as a Phone Screener/Interviewer. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to conduct interviews with candidates who have applied for various positions. This is a position that requires you to be experienced working remotely with the following requirements-high speed Internet, computer or laptop.

**PLEASE SUBMIT A VOICE RECORDING EXPLAINING ANY PRIOR EXPERIENCE THAT CAN APPLY TO THIS POSITION**

This requires a high volume of calling and texting so you need to be comfortable making over 300 calls everyday.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct phone interviews with candidates for various positions.
-Pre-screen applicants and assess their qualifications by Conducting phone interviews with candidates for various positions
-Utilize a structured interview guide to evaluate candidate fit and gather essential information..
-Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.

Requirements:
-Must be experienced working on US based projects and 100% fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English
-Must be able to work from 9am EST to 6pm EST. Some weekend hours may be needed on an as needed basis
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Comfort and confidence in speaking on the phone for extended periods.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to manage high call volumes and adapt to changing priorities.
-Previous experience in recruitment is a MUST
