We are seeking a highly detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and posting job ads on various job board websites, creating new ad copy and maintaining all live ads to ensure top performance. Your primary task will be to post ads everyday, remove low performing ads and analyzing which ads will attract high quality candidates for all types of positions. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail, a keen eye for creative ad copy, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Post job ads across multiple online job boards (zip recruiter, indeed etc.)
• Write compelling, original ad copy and job titles that attract quality candidates
• Regularly update and optimize existing ads to maximize visibility
• Maintain and manage our ad tracking system/database to ensure performance
• Monitor ad performance and flag underperforming campaigns for revision
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
• Have experience with posting jobs on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Can write catchy, clear, and professional ad copy
• Have strong attention to detail and are organized with data
• Understand how to identify and attract the right type of candidates
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Are tech-savvy and familiar with spreadsheets or job ad management tools
Important:
• Prior experience in recruiting, HR is a MUST
• Understanding of SEO or keyword optimization for job postings is a MUST
