WordPress Website Designer (NOT for Beginners)

We are NOT looking for beginners, hobbyists, or template-only designers.

We’re hiring a high-level WordPress Website Designer who can consistently build clean, fast, conversion-focused websites and collaborate with a remote team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build professional WordPress websites from scratch for our contractor clients (not just drag-and-drop templates)

Customize themes, layouts, and UX to match branding and conversion goals

Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and project managers

Make revisions efficiently based on feedback

Ensure sites are mobile-friendly, fast, and cleanly structured

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Strong WordPress expertise (themes, plugins, structure, performance)

Proven portfolio of high-quality WordPress websites
? If your portfolio looks “average,” this is not the role for you

Ability to build polished, modern websites (not generic or outdated)

Comfortable working EST time zone

Reliable internet & communication

Experience working with a remote team

Attention to detail and pride in your work

This position is NOT for beginners or entry-level designers

Work Schedule

Must be able to work EST hours
