We are looking for a high-level, hands-on marketing operator, not a beginner and not someone who “specializes in only one thing.”

? REQUIRED SKILLS (YOU MUST HAVE MOST OF THESE)
???? Social Media Management

Create, schedule, and post content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Write captions, hooks, CTAs

Understand engagement, reach, and basic analytics

Repurpose long content into short-form clips

???? Graphic Design

Create social posts, ads, thumbnails, flyers, and basic branding

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar

Clean, professional design (not templates slapped together)

???? PPC / Paid Ads

Run and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads

Basic Google Ads experience preferred

Understand targeting, budgets, creatives, and A/B testing

Ability to track performance and optimize

???? Web Development

Build and edit websites (WordPress preferred)

Create landing pages

Basic SEO understanding

Comfortable with plugins, page builders, and troubleshooting
