Senior Social Media Analytics & Insights Strategist (Remote)

Bass Educational Services helps families of neurodivergent students (those with ADHD, autism, or learning disabilities) find colleges where their children can succeed and thrive. We’ve been in business for 25 years and are growing our team! We are looking for a senior-level social media analyst who can take ownership of analytics and insights—not just reporting.

This role is for someone who can independently analyze performance, uncover audience patterns, and clearly explain what the data means and what we should do next.

What You’ll Do
Lead analysis of social media performance and audience behavior
Identify meaningful trends and opportunities for improvement
Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
Create clean, visual dashboards and insight summaries
Collaborate with a remote team and communicate clearly across time zones

What We’re Looking For
Senior-level experience in analytics or social media insights
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical teams
Excellent data visualization and reporting skills
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight

Bonus (Nice to Have)
Deep experience with Instagram analytics
Familiarity with Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or brands
