Customer Support Representative (Gorgias + Shopify Subscriptions)

We’re looking for a reliable Customer Support Representative with experience handling Gorgias tickets and Shopify subscription apps (Recharge, Skio, Appstle or similar).

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via Gorgias (email/chat)
Support Shopify orders & subscriptions (weekly/monthly renewals, pauses, cancellations)
Assist with refunds, order updates, and delivery issues
Maintain clear, professional communication aligned with our brand

Requirements
Experience with Gorgias customer support (required)
Experience with Shopify subscription apps (Recharge, Skio, Bold, etc.)
Strong written English and customer service skills
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
