Creditor Lawsuit Support Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented online legal support assistant to help individuals who are currently being sued by a creditor. This role involves assisting with organizing documents, reviewing court papers, completing basic forms, tracking deadlines, and communicating clearly throughout the lawsuit process. You do not need to be an attorney, but you must be comfortable working with legal paperwork, following instructions carefully, and maintaining confidentiality. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and willing to learn. Experience with debt collection cases, civil lawsuits, or legal admin work is a plus, but not required. Training and guidance will be provided.
