Resurge Tax Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with tax office experience to assist with administrative and client support during the 2025 tax season. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked with a tax office and understands the workflow of tax preparation and document collection.
Responsibilities
• Respond to client calls,
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Assist clients with uploading tax documents to secure portals
• Organize client tax documents and digital folders
• Send client reminders, follow-ups, and document checklists
• Enter basic client information into tax software (no tax preparation required)
• Manage inbox and track client progress in CRM
Marketing & Social Media (Optional Bonus Skills)
• Post pre-made graphics to social media platforms
• Respond to social media inquiries and messages
• Track engagement on tax-season promotions

Requirements
• Prior tax office or tax-season experience REQUIRED
• Strong written and spoken English communication
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using technology, portals, and CRMs
• Ability to handle confidential financial information
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Hours & Pay
• Part-time remote position
• Workload increases January–April (tax season)
• Potential for year-round work based on performance
• $3.50 per hour
