About the Role
I am looking for a high-level Executive Assistant who is an expert in GoHighLevel, not someone “learning it” or “familiar with it.”
This role is for someone who understands how products, micro-offers, funnels, workflows, tags, pipelines, graphics, and automation all work together inside GoHighLevel to drive revenue.
If you do not deeply understand GoHighLevel, do not apply.

What You Will Be Responsible For
You will work directly with me to build, manage, and scale systems inside GoHighLevel, including:
Creating and managing micro-offers
Building funnels, landing pages, and forms
Setting up tags, pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations
Supporting email, SMS, and CRM workflows
Light graphic design for offers (Canva or similar)
Understanding marketing strategy, not just task execution
Keeping systems clean, organized, and scalable
This is a thinking role, not just a task role.

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
You must have:
Advanced, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
A strong understanding of offers, funnels, and conversions
Experience marketing digital products, services, or micro-offers
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or equivalent)
Strong written English
High attention to detail
The ability to follow instructions exactly

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
Experience designing landing pages, ads, or offer graphics
Understanding of brand consistency and visual hierarchy
Design ability is not required, but it is a strong advantage.
