Job Description
The Salesforce Technician is a remote full-time client facing position, representing the needs of the customer. You help customers get their business back on track and advocate to help them achieve their goals. This role will give you the opportunity to be an expert in all things Rabbi’s Right Hand and be the point of contact for our customers when they need help. Daily job requirements include:

Requirements:
Certified Salesforce Administrator certification
5 years experience, knowledgeable in Salesforce Platform, Apex, Lightning and Visualforce and familiar with other out of the box functionality of Salesforce.
2+ years work experience in Technical Support equivalent technical position
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Database concepts, Data management (RDBMS), and SQL
Understanding of internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, proxy servers, etc.
Experience in Salesforce engineering, and specifically with ChabadOne platform Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a background in web development best practices
Experience working with and solving problems in a variety of internet browsers, i.e. Chrome, Safari, etc
Degree or equivalent experience required. Experience evaluated based on the strengths you'll need for the role (e.g. proven behaviors in previous jobs such as extracurricular leadership roles, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Job duties include:
Works with clients to understand business requirements, pain points, and goals
Gathers requirements from clients and teams within the business.
Explores, learns and understands the ChabadOne Data structure.
Uses declarative functionality (Clicks, not code) to build solutions using the Salesforce platform
Ensures all users have the correct access to Salesforce, and can perform their day to day tasks with minimal friction
Maintains the platform, including staying up to date on new features and releases, as well as fixing any bugs.
Trains users on new functionality or features.
Owns system administration, including maintaining and customizing Salesforce configurations, workflows, and validation rules
Oversees data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and data cleansing, and handles imports/exports as needed.
Builds and manages workflow automation, including process builder, flows, and approval processes.
Provides implementation and day-to-day support for Salesforce users, including providing and delivering user training, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful user adoption and usage.
Manages user accounts, profiles, and permissions.
Supports integrations with other business systems and ensures capability with Salesforce updates.
Creates and maintains reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system functionality.
