Job Overview

We are building highly efficient, automated systems for U.S.-based service companies.

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM & Automation Specialist to build, maintain, and improve our systems inside Pipedrive, Zapier, and related tools.

This is a systems role, not customer support.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain Pipedrive pipelines

Clean and organize CRM data

Create automations using Zapier

Connect forms, Calendly, email, and CRM

Document automations and workflows (SOPs)

Monitor systems and fix issues proactively

Support the Ops Manager with system improvements

Required Skills

Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive strongly preferred)

Experience with Zapier or automation tools

Strong logic and problem-solving skills

Excellent documentation skills

Comfortable learning new tools quickly

20–30 hours per week (can grow to full-time)

Flexible hours, some U.S. overlap preferred

Compensation

$6–$9 USD per hour (based on skill)

Paid weekly

Long-term role with growth into Systems Manager
