Ever read a job listing and feel like a robot wrote it?
You know the type. Big words. Vague promises. Zero clarity about what you will actually do.
We are not doing that.
This role is simple, focused, and results driven.
If you like clear tasks, clear expectations, and knowing exactly what success looks like, keep reading.
The Role (Plain English)
You will be responsible for maintaining the operational system and coordinating with the service provider when issues arise.
Your goal is to identify system issues, communicate with the provider, and follow up relentlessly until the system is fully fixed and stable.
That is it.
This is not a leadership role.
This is not a decision making role.
This is not a strategy role.
This is execution.
What You Will Do Daily
• Monitor the system to ensure it is functioning correctly
• Identify issues, errors, or disruptions immediately
• Contact the service provider as soon as an issue is detected
• Follow up consistently and persistently until the issue is resolved
• Keep pressure on the provider to meet resolution timelines
• Document issues, updates, and fixes clearly
• Confirm the system is fully operational before closing any issue
• Communicate status updates clearly to the internal team
Your success is measured by how quickly and effectively system issues are resolved and prevented from recurring.
What We’re Looking For
• Someone who is persistent and does not let issues stall
• Someone who follows processes and escalation steps exactly
• Someone who is comfortable repeatedly following up until results are achieved
• Someone who is organized, detail oriented, and consistent
• Someone who can stay calm but firm when dealing with external providers
• Someone who finishes problems, not just reports them
You do NOT need leadership experience.
You do NOT need management skills.
You do NOT need to make high level decisions.
We will give you the system.
You keep it running.
Schedule & Commitment
• Full time
• 40 hours per week
• Virtual position
• Must be available during operating hours
Please Don’t Apply If
• You dislike repetitive follow ups
• You avoid confrontation or persistence
• You expect problems to fix themselves
• You struggle documenting issues clearly
