Prepress Agent & Graphic Design

We are a custom apparel company based in Canada with 13 years in business, serving a wide range of clients from startups to large organizations across North America. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality products tailored to our clients' branding needs.

We are currently seeking a Prepress Agent with Customer Service experience to join our overseas team. This role is 80% prepress/artwork preparation and 20% customer service, processing online orders, preparing print-ready artwork, and communicating with customers when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Prepress & Artwork (80%)

- Ensure all artwork is print-ready for production
- Vectorize designs, remove backgrounds, upscale images, and enhance artwork quality.
- Input print specifications including size, pantone colors, and thread colors
- Touch up customer-provided artwork to meet production standards
- Work with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to prepare files for screen printing, DTF, and embroidery
- Process web orders through our online system

Customer Service (20%)

- Communicate with customers via email regarding artwork issues and order changes
- Reach out to customers to request better artwork when needed
- Handle occasional phone calls (approximately 5 per month)
- Check inventory availability and recommend alternative or similar products when needed
- Link customer profiles and manage quotes through our admin system

Required Qualifications

- Fluent in English with clear verbal and written communication skills
- Adobe Illustrator proficiency (required) - Live skills test during interview
- Adobe Photoshop proficiency (required) - Live skills test during interview
- Stable, high-speed internet connection (please provide speed test screenshot)
- Quiet workspace suitable for phone calls
- Ability to work 9AM - 5PM PST (1AM - 9AM Philippine Time), Monday to Friday

Compensation & Growth

- Starting wage: $4.50 - $6.00 USD per hour
- Raise opportunities based on percentages and performance.
