Keap Automation Specialist

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Keap Automation Specialist to build, manage, and improve automations inside Keap (Infusionsoft). This role focuses on creating efficient customer journeys and streamlining marketing and sales processes.

Responsibilities
-Build and manage Keap campaigns and automations
-Set up and optimize tags, goals, and sequences
-Create lead follow-up, sales, and onboarding automations
-Troubleshoot and improve existing automations
-Connect Keap with other tools (Zapier, forms, payments, calendars)

Requirements
-Strong hands-on experience with Keap (Infusionsoft)
-Solid understanding of automation logic and tagging systems
-Experience building multi-step campaigns
-Detail-oriented with good communication skills

-Keap certification
-Email marketing or CRM experience
