Part-Time Design & Admin Assistant

We are an E-commerce brand based in the UK and are looking to hire a virtual assistant for 16 hrs a week on a long-term basis. We are seeking a friendly and conscientious individual, with excellent communication and time management skills,

Your tasks will include
- Using Photoshop + Illustrator to create Design files in the required sizing for printing using pre-exisiting templates
- Using Photoshop and mockups to create listing images
- Uploading new product listings on Shopify and other marketplaces
- Using Canva to update files and graphics.
- Miscellaneous Admin Tasks such as research

Please note that this role requires a high level of English language skills.

You will also need a fast and reliable internet connection as a lot of the work will be completed through screen sharing this is essential.

You need to have basic technical skills and be able to work using online software and applications.
