Location: Philippines (Remote)
Working Hours: UK TIME – REQUIRED

This role operates strictly on UK business hours.

You must be available to work UK-aligned hours, Monday to Friday.
This is not an async role and not flexible timezone work.

Hours: Full-time preferred (40 hours per week)
Salary: $1,500 USD per month

About Us

We’re a UK-based marketing agency working with home service businesses.
Our backend systems power lead generation, booking, onboarding, and fulfilment — and they must run cleanly, accurately, and reliably during UK working hours.

Zapier (core automation layer)

Closebot / AI bots (currently being built)

Meta Ads conversion tracking

We’re hiring a senior-leaning Tech VA who can own systems, fix problems fast, and continuously improve how everything works together — in real time with the UK team.

This Is Not a Junior Role

We are not looking for someone “learning GoHighLevel”.

You must already have multiple years of hands-on experience with:

GoHighLevel

Zapier

If your experience is limited to following SOPs without understanding why things work — this role will not be a fit.

Core Responsibilities
1. GoHighLevel (Top Priority)

You will:

Fix calendar issues (availability, double bookings, timezone problems)

Debug workflows, triggers, and missed automations

Manage pipelines, tags, and custom fields

Troubleshoot SMS, email, and automation failures

Build GHL websites & funnels (templated is fine)

Structure and maintain clean sub-accounts

You must be able to diagnose problems independently and clearly explain why something broke and how you fixed it.

2. Zapier Automations (Top Priority)

You’ll be expected to:

Rebuild broken Zaps

Fix failed or looping automations

Improve inefficient logic

Design cleaner automation flows

Including integrations with:

GoHighLevel

Google Sheets

Calendars

Slack

Other SaaS platforms

You must test thoroughly before confirming anything is complete.
You should genuinely enjoy untangling messy automations.

3. ---------- (Preferred, High Value)

---------- will be used for:

Client onboarding tracking

Internal task visibility

Fulfilment and ops management

You may:

Build or improve boards

Clean up workflows

Improve handoffs between tea ---------- mbers

Suggest better operational structures

Experience is preferred — ownership and optimisation are mandatory.

4. Closebot / AI Bots (In Development)

Our Closebot system is still being built.

You may assist with:

Development and setup

Testing logic and flows

Integrating Closebot with GoHighLevel

Improving performance over time

You do not need to be an AI expert, but you must be:

Curious

Comfortable experimenting

Willing to learn and iterate

5. Meta Conversion Tracking (Pixels Only)

You must be confident with Meta Pixel setup and troubleshooting:

Installing Meta Pixels on client websites

Adding pixels via:

GoHighLevel websites

WordPress

Header/footer code or basic Google Tag Manager

Verifying events using Meta Pixel Helper

Confirming correct firing of:

PageView

Lead

Booked Call / Conversion events

Diagnosing tracking issues before ads go live
