APPOINTMENT SETTER (DMs) – FITNESS COACHING BRAND

I’m a fitness content creator and online coach looking for motivated, reliable Filipino appointment setters to manage my Instagram DMs and book qualified sales calls.

If you enjoy chatting with people, following scripts, hitting targets, and earning commission on results, this role is for you.

I work SPECIFICALLY with men over 35 years old who want to lose fat and build muscle while using testosterone and other performance enhancing drugs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your main responsibility is DM conversations.

You will:

Respond to inbound DMs from Instagram

Start conversations with new leads

Qualify prospects using a proven script

Book calls onto my sales teams calendar

Keep conversations organized and updated

This is NOT cold calling.
This is DM-based appointment setting only.

You will be part of a team of setters, and commissions are shared across the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Instagram DMs daily (4–6 hours/day)

Follow DM scripts and qualification frameworks

Ask the right questions to qualify leads

Book qualified calls into my calendar

Update lead statuses clearly and accurately

Maintain a professional, friendly, confident tone at all times

REQUIREMENTS (IMPORTANT)

Based in the Philippines

Strong written English (clear, natural, conversational)

Comfortable chatting with strangers online

Reliable internet and consistent availability

Coachable and willing to follow scripts exactly AND use my tone of voice and emojis

Able to handle objections politely and confidently

Experience as an appointment setter or sales VA is a big bonus, but not required if you’re sharp and motivated

WORK HOURS & PAY

6 hours per day

6 days per week

Flexible within agreed time blocks

PAY STRUCTURE

$600 USD per month base

3% commission per closed sale (My program is $1450-$5950)

Reliable performance = long-term role and increased responsibility.
