Short Form AI Video Editor

We’re hiring a Short-Form AI Video Editor to create videos for TIkTok (30-40 seconds) using AI tools like Nano Banana and Veo.

You won’t be editing existing raw footage. Instead, we’ll provide product ideas and inspiration, and you’ll turn those into TikTok-native videos that feel authentic, hold attention, and drive clicks.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to make authentic looking content using Nano Banana + Veo for use on TikTok. .

What You’ll Be Creating

TikTok Shop product videos (30-40 seconds) generated using AI
UGC-style product demos and “story” videos made from AI visuals
Multiple variations of the same concept (different hooks and angles)

Responsibilities

Turn product ideas and inspiration into finished TikTok Shop-style videos
Use AI tools (Nano Banana, Veo, and others) to generate video scenes and visuals
Build retention-focused pacing (pattern interrupts, scene changes, fast cuts)
Source and apply trending sounds / music (when appropriate)
Deliver multiple versions when required (hook swaps, CTA swaps, alternate angles)
Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance goals
Keep files organised and deliver videos ready to post (9:16 format)

Must-Have Skills

Exisitng portfolio of TikTok / Reels style edits
Proven ability to create AI-generated short-form videos that look clean and native
Experience with Premiere / CapCut / similar
Experience using Nano Banana and Veo (or similar AI video generation tools)
Understanding of TikTok Shop content that converts (hook, benefits, CTA)
Ability to deliver quickly and take feedback without ego
Ability to make content that doesn’t feel overly “AI” or corporate

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Ability to write short scripts and hooks (or improve ours)
Familiar with TikTok Shop affiliate content style
Strong grasp of direct response principles
Can produce multiple creative angles from the same product
Uses additional tools for speed (CapCut templates, AI voiceovers, etc)
