Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily communication with students across channels
- Schedule and coordinate 1-on-1 sessions with Billy, our Owner and Head Sales Coach
- Provide support to students and help answer placement-related questions
- Transcribe course content and meeting recordings using provided AI tools, and keep student records organized
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Solid multitasking and time-management skills
- Confidence communicating with students, clients, and the internal team
- High attention to detail and organization
- Calm, proactive, and solution-focused under pressure
