bushX 4X4 is a fast-growing Australian 4WD accessories brand launching premium aluminum mounting solutions for adventure enthusiasts. We're a small, innovative team using AI and modern technology to compete with much larger companies.
This is NOT a typical VA role. You'll be operating AI systems, managing automated content workflows, and providing excellent customer service for a cutting-edge e-commerce business.

The Role
Position: AI Operations Specialist
Type: Full-time (8 hours/day, Monday-Friday)
Reports to: Darren (Operations Manager)
Location: Remote (work from home)
Start: As soon as possible

What You'll Do
AI Content Operations (40% of your time)
Operate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to generate marketing content
Edit and refine AI-generated copy for brand voice and quality
Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms
Create email campaigns using AI-assisted workflows
Generate product descriptions and marketing materials
Customer Service (30% of your time)
Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
Process orders, handle returns, and resolve issues
Provide product information and fitment guidance
Maintain high customer satisfaction (>4.0/5 rating)
Escalate complex issues appropriately
Digital Marketing Support (20% of your time)
Monitor advertising campaign performance (Meta, Google)
Update tracking reports and dashboards
Assist with email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo
Conduct basic data analysis and reporting
Track key metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversion rates)
Admin & Data Entry (10% of your time)
Update product information in Shopify
Maintain inventory records and tracking
Organize files and documentation
Data entry in Xero accounting software
General administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
Must Have
? Excellent written and spoken English - You'll communicate directly with Australian customers
? E-commerce platform experience - Shopify strongly preferred
? Tech-savvy and quick learner - Comfortable with new tools and systems
? Self-motivated - You don't need constant supervision
? Reliable internet - Minimum 10 Mbps with backup plan
? Professional home office setup - Quiet workspace, reliable equipment
? Available during Philippine morning hours - Flexible within 8 AM - 5 PM PHT
Strong Bonus Points
? Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) - This is a BIG advantage
? Klaviyo or email marketing platform experience
? Meta Ads or Google Ads familiarity
? Canva or graphic design skills
? Previous customer service experience in e-commerce
? Australian business or market familiarity

Compensation & Benefits
