Appointment Setter / Closer – Commission Only (Remote)

We are hiring appointment setters and closers to sell AI-powered lead automation to local service businesses in the U.S.

This is a performance-driven sales role with a guaranteed monthly base pay plus commissions. The base pay is provided for compliance; the majority of earnings come from closed deals.

Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling and outreach to U.S. business owners
- Present our AI lead automation service clearly and confidently
- Book demos and close deals
- Follow provided scripts, systems, and daily targets
- Track activity and results

Compensation:
- Base Pay: $150 per month
- Commission: $150–$1,000+ per sale
- High performers: Can earn $1,000–$3,000+ per month
- Weekly performance bonuses available
- Base pay and commission structure may vary based on experience and performance.

Requirements:
- Strong spoken English
- Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners
- Confident with cold outreach and handling objections
- Results-driven mindset
