Sales Rep / Closer – AI Lead Automation (Base + High Commission) Remote

We are hiring motivated sales reps and closers to sell AI-powered lead automation services to local service businesses in the U.S.

This is a performance-driven sales role with a guaranteed monthly base pay plus commissions. The base pay is minimal; the majority of earnings come from closed deals. Compensation may vary based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Call and message U.S. business owners
- Present our AI lead automation service clearly and confidently
- Handle objections and close deals
- Follow provided scripts, systems, and processes
- Track outreach and results

Compensation:
Base Pay: $150 per month
Commission:
30% per monthly sale
20% per annual paid-in-full sale
Earnings: $150–$1,000+ per sale
Top performers: $2,000–$4,000+ per month
Weekly performance bonuses available
