Microsoft Dynamics 365 Setup & Rollout VA (Contract)

OVERVIEW

We are hiring a hands-on VA contractor to assist with the setup and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for our firm. This role is focused on execution, not theory. You will help configure Dynamics in a clean, usable way and create simple instructions so our team can actually use the system.
This is a short-term, well-scoped engagement with the potential for additional phases if the rollout goes well.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Set up and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for basic CRM use. Configure entities, fields, views, and dashboards. Help connect Dynamics with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint. Support a simple phased rollout to internal users. Answer basic “how do I do this?” questions from staff. Create short, plain-English how-to instructions for common tasks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a real business environment. Comfortable following Microsoft documentation and best practices. Able to explain steps clearly at a college freshman comprehension level. Organized, responsive, and able to work independently. Willing to validate solutions using ---------- or Microsoft Learn.

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

Power Automate experience. CRM setup or cleanup experience. Experience creating SOPs or internal training guides.

SCOPE AND EXPECTATIONS

This is an implementation support role, not long-term IT management. Tasks and priorities will be clearly defined. Ongoing work may be available if Phase 1 is successful.
