All Around Web Developer Needed

I need an all around web developer to work full-time. I need somebody who is great with HTML, CSS PHP, Wordpress, and MySQL. I need somebody who can covert PSD's to Wordpress and can make changes and edits to multiple Wordpress websites. Is this something you would be comfortable with?
