We are a growing service-based business looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant who is confident on the phone and organized behind the scenes.
This role involves making and handling sales calls, following up with leads, managing a CRM, and supporting day-to-day business operations.
If you are comfortable speaking with prospects, following scripts, updating systems, and staying organized — this is a great long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities
Sales & Calls
Make outbound follow-up and light cold calls (scripts provided)
Answer inbound calls and qualify leads
Handle objections professionally
Book appointments and follow up consistently
Log call notes and outcomes in CRM
Business Operations
Manage CRM pipelines and tasks
Calendar scheduling and coordination
Email
Daily/weekly reporting
General admin and operational support
Requirements
Strong spoken and written English
Comfortable making outbound calls
Previous experience with sales calls or lead follow-up
Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, etc.)
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Quiet workspace + stable internet
Bonus (Not Required)
Experience with real estate, cleaning, construction, or service businesses
Appointment setting or cold calling background
Experience managing multiple workflows or owners
