Short-Form Video Editor (CapCut) – Project-Based

We’re looking for a reliable short-form video editor to help edit vertical videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts). This is a small initial project with the opportunity for repeat work in the future.

You must use CapCut for all editing.

Responsibilities
• Cut and trim footage
• Remove long pauses and mistakes
• Add clean, readable subtitles/captions
• Add basic images, simple effects, and light transitions
• Export videos in formats suitable for social media

Requirements
• Experience editing short-form vertical videos
• CapCut experience required (desktop or mobile)
• Basic understanding of pacing for social media content
• Good attention to detail
• Able to meet a 3-day deadline

Editing Scope (Simple & Clear)

This is basic editing only, including:
• Cutting and tightening clips
• Subtitles/captions
• Basic images, text, and effects
No advanced motion graphics or heavy color grading required.
