Customer Support + Photoshop/Graphic Design VA (Part-Time)

I run a growing U.S.-based clothing brand and I’m looking to hire my first virtual assistant. This is a part-time role focused on customer support and light Photoshop/design work. I’m looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and interested in long-term work.

At the ---------- nt, our inventory is temporarily sold out, so workload will be lighter at first. I’m mainly looking to interview, test, and train the right person now so they are fully ready as the business ramps back up. Hours and responsibilities will increase over time.

Your main responsibility will be customer support. This includes responding to customer emails, following up to confirm sizes or order details, tracking refunds or exchanges, and keeping basic records organized. Templates and clear guidelines will be provided. During scheduled working hours, emails should be responded to promptly.

You will also handle light Photoshop work such as resizing images, preparing mockups from templates, editing simple graphics, and helping create illustrated “kitty” designs based on references provided. Expectation is around one to two designs per day once fully onboarded.

This role is part-time, approximately four hours per day, five days per week, with consistent working hours.
