What you’ll edit
Direct-response ads built from scratch using:
UGC clips + product footage
problem/solution frameworks
founder-style ads (when assets available)
Responsibilities
Produce 15 unique ad edits weekly (all different concepts/structures)
Blend UGC + product footage into strong performance narratives
Deliver clean exports in multiple aspect ratios when needed
Take feedback fast (1–2 revision rounds typical)
Keep assets organized within our existing library system
KPIs (what matters)
Volume delivered on time (15/week)
Creative variety (hooks, pacing, structure)
Ad readiness (clean captions, strong first 2 seconds, clear CTA)
Revision efficiency (ability to nail it within 1–2 rounds)
Requirements
Portfolio required (performance edits)
Experience editing UGC into performance ads
Strong pacing, captioning, pattern interrupts, SFX timing
Organized file delivery habits
Test task (required)
Create one 15–30 sec Meta ad from a provided UGC clip set
Provide two hook variants of the same edit (different first 2 seconds)
Deliver in 9:16 and 1:1
