AI Video Creator (Avatars + UGC + Branded Commercials)

Role: AI Video Creator — Avatars + UGC + Product Demos (Dr. Paws)
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Output: Minimum 15 finished videos/week
Turnaround: 24 hours per batch cycle
Primary Formats: 9:16 (TikTok + IG friendly)
Tools: Open (Runway / Veo / CapCut / Premiere / Descript / ElevenLabs / HeyGen etc.)
Collaboration: Slack

What you’ll create

AI UGC-style videos (high performing direct response style)

Product demos for all Dr. Paws products

High-end branded commercials (still optimized for performance)

AI avatar host videos (we already have consistent avatars — keep continuity)

Responsibilities

Generate concepts + hooks + angles (we have some assets, you bring ideas too)

Write scripts for each video (hook ? problem ? solution ? proof ? CTA)

Produce full edits including:

captions (style depends on video/avatar)

sound design, music, SFX

product overlays when needed

Keep avatar voice/personality consistent by avatar type

Work fast with tight feedback loops in Slack

Maintain file organization and deliver in our Google Drive structure (we’ll provide)

Quality bar

Clean, modern, engaging editing (thumb-stopping first 2 seconds)

No lazy AI output — must feel human, believable, and brand-safe

You must be able to make videos that can perform on TikTok/IG (not just look cool)

Requirements

Portfolio required (AI video examples + edits)

Strong scriptwriting for short-form performance creative

Comfortable iterating quickly based on feedback

Ability to match brand visuals and keep avatars consistent

Test task (required)

Write 3 hooks + 1 script (15–30 sec) for a Dr. Paws product

Produce 1 finished 9:16 video from your script (with captions + SFX)
